You will find that how we come is not important
We come dressed all kinds of ways. We come empty in our sorrow and also overflowing with joy. You will find people of all ages and stages of life coming together to draw nearer to God with praise and thanksgiving. You will experience music, creeds, silence and prayers. You will hear God’s word proclaimed and a message that is relevant to life. Most of all you will find that God always shows up when we come and see, and you are warmly invited to check us out.
Holy Communion is a very important sacrament in the life of the church, and we celebrate Holy Communion the first Sunday of every month. Every person (including children) is invited to receive the elements (bread and grape juice) regardless of whether you are a member of the United Methodist Church, another church, or if you are not a member of any church at all.
Children in Worship
A nursery is available for infants and toddlers. However, infants and toddlers are always welcome in our worship services as well. Please don’t worry about crying or misbehavior – worship is a family affair to us. Activity bags are available with books and coloring pages, and a Children’s Sermon is part of the service, too.
